Site Safety Plan

Site Safety Plans

Site safety plans are designed to protect workers and pedestrians in and near the job sites and to prevent workplace hazards. There are site safety plans for low-rise buildings (nine stories and below, superintendent required), high-rise buildings (ten stories or more, 100 feet or higher), and façade projects. Typically, site safety plans for high-rise buildings and façade projects need to be approved by the BEST (Buildings Enforcement Safety Team) Squad. Normally, a PE stamp is not required in site safety plans for low-rise buildings, but if you do need a PE stamp, we are always ready to help you.
