Engineer Calculation

• Engineer calculations are important for determining risk factors for certain loadings and loading requirements.  It allows us to prioritize safety, code requirements/specs, and correct materials.

Professional Certification

• Our team includes engineers with Professional Certifications, which allow them to certify plans and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and allows for a much faster process of obtaining DOB permits.

Special Inspection

• Includes the testing and inspection of the materials, installation, fabrication, erection or placement of components and connections to ensure compliance with the code, referenced standards adopted by the code and approved construction documents.

Local Law 11

• Also known as the NYC Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP), requires any NYC building taller than six stories to have their facades inspected and repaired every five years.  We may help you perform critical examination of the facade, review drawings, inspect the building, etc.

Local Law 13

• Staring October 2020, NYC buildings are required to display a letter grade for their energy efficiencies at their front entrances.

Sign Off

• To help you sign off on a completed project, we may help you with the required reports and inspections.
